📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from design to release • Identify UX gaps early and ship core value first • Log technical debt deliberately and clean it up later • Analyze technical feasibility and document requirements with product managers • Estimate timelines and build work plans alongside product managers • Unblock peers through prompt pull request reviews, pair programming, and hands-on coaching • Leverage AI tools for routine tasks such as unit tests, documentation, and clarifications • Formulate web frontend architecture • Drive technology stack decisions • Uphold engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience building Web Frontend applications with ReactJS • Strong grasp of web frontend architecture, OOP, and software design patterns • Strong sense of ownership; treating shipped work as one's own codebase • Drive to learn new technologies and apply them practically to solve business problems • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Open-mindedness to learn from peers and desire to elevate the team • Full-stack versatility and readiness to tackle new frameworks across the stack (nice-to-have) • Experience deploying software on scalable cloud platforms such as AWS (nice-to-have)
