📋 Description

• Lead a team of Contract Managers overseeing and processing contract and billing questions for a high volume of customers • Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, career development, performance management, and team growth • Build working relationships with managers, directors, and executives across the business • Identify areas for innovation and improvement within the Contract Management Team and drive collaborative developments within existing playbooks • Analyze customer and performance data to inform operational and procedural changes • Coach and develop team members to achieve metrics and career goals • Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of management experience, ideally with renewals teams • Clear history of coaching and developing individual contributors • Passion and commitment for helping customers succeed and grow • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results • Familiarity of interaction between contracts, terms of service and legal requirements • Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to effectively drive a negotiation • Phenomenal organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of driving efficiencies • Experience navigating and resolving customer escalations • Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups • Intellectual curiosity and a resourceful approach to problem solving • Passion for helping individual performers meet their personal and professional goals • Personal responsibility to achieve team goals
