📋 Description
• 顧客のビジネス・ゴール・課題・組織体制等をヒアリングし、HubSpotを具体的なビジネスインパクトに結びつけるための初期構築および実装を支援 • 複雑なビジネスプロセスやデータモデルに合わせたスケーラブルなソリューションを設計 • 連携やAPIなどの技術的なトピックについて顧客に助言 • 新機能や製品アップデートを理解し、業務に適応 • 摩擦の少ない顧客体験の実現に向け、セールスおよびカスタマーサクセスマネージャーと社内連携 • アップセルやクロスセルの機会を発見 • 初年度の契約更新を成功に導く
🎯 Requirements
• 3~5年にわたるマーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサクセス/サービス関連業務、またはCRMやMAに関わるコンサルティング業務の経験 • 変化の早い環境への適応力 • 技術的要素（連携、API）や顧客成長の戦略的側面について助言できる能力 • 技術者や経営層など、さまざまな聴衆に合わせてメッセージを調整できるコミュニケーション能力 • 顧客の成功や課題に真摯に向き合い、共に成功に取り組めること • 新しい分野の学習と自身の成長へのコミットメント • ネイティブレベルの日本語力 • 読み書きにおけるビジネスレベルの英語力 • CRMやマーケティングオートメーションの実務活用経験やコンサルティング経験（Preferred Qualifications） • APIやシステム連携の仕組みに関する概念理解（Preferred Qualifications）
