📋 Description

• Partner with the sales organisation to drive execution of prospective and expansive deals • Use technical knowledge to become a trusted partner with sales and services • Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders • Gain knowledge of HubSpot products to propose better solutions • Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value to meet business goals and objectives • Participate in and direct projects relevant to presales, sales, and the wider business • Coach and mentor less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, technical sales, or a similar role • Spoken and written fluency in English and Polish is required • Proficiency in an additional language, ideally Spanish or Arabic, is preferred • Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders and dealing with external customers • Openness to admitting mistakes and using actionable feedback to learn and grow • Enjoyment of collaborating with different teams and motivation to develop yourself • Alignment with HubSpot’s HEART values
