📋 Description

• Turn raw footage, ideas, podcasts, interviews, and business content into high-quality, scroll-stopping videos • Use AI-powered workflows and modern content creation tools • Create short-form, social-media-first videos with effective hooks, captions, pacing, and storytelling • Produce Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and YouTube content • Apply motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound design, and visual effects • Deliver polished, platform-ready content independently within deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing tools • Hands-on experience with AI-powered video and content creation tools • Strong understanding of short-form content, hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling • Ability to create engaging Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and YouTube content • Good knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, captions, B-roll, sound design, and visual effects • Comfortable working with raw footage and turning it into polished, platform-ready content • Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new AI tools and emerging content trends • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects within deadlines • Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment • A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory • Excellent communication and ability to understand creative briefs
