📋 Description
• Realizar reclutamiento y selección de candidatos de manos medios o bajos. • Visitar, revisar, depurar y/o actualizar fuentes de reclutamiento (bolsa de trabajo, OCC y CompuTrabajo, internet, etc.) • Coordinar con gerencia de reclutamiento y selección las acciones para mejorar el servicio al cliente. • Presentarse a juntas del SNE, ferias de empleo, cámaras de industria y/u organizaciones de recursos humanos.
🎯 Requirements
• IMPORTANTE Y NECESARIO VIVIR EN GUADALAJARA • Escolaridad: Licenciatura trunca/concluida en psicología, administración o afín. • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en el área de Reclutamiento y selección PERFILES DE VENTAS O DE GIRO RETAIL. • Conocimiento en fuentes de reclutamiento, aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicométricas, técnicas de campo. • Uso de paquetería Office.
