📋 Description

• Manage client bill payments and accounts administration. • Process payroll accurately and on time. • Perform Xero reconciliations across multiple client accounts. • Assist with month-end reporting and management accounting. • Assist with financial modelling in Excel, management reports, and spreadsheet-based analysis. • Support bookkeeping, BAS preparation, and general accounting functions. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. • Collaborate with team members to meet client deadlines and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA qualified or currently working towards CPA qualification (preferred but not essential). • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting Australian accounting clients. • Strong hands-on experience with Xero. • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end reporting processes. • Advanced Excel skills, including financial reporting and spreadsheet modelling. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities. • Experience working within an outsourced accounting or bookkeeping firm. (Nice-to-Have) • Exposure to management accounting and financial analysis. (Nice-to-Have) • Experience preparing BAS and supporting Australian compliance requirements. (Nice-to-Have) • Familiarity with receipt reading software, such as Dext. (Nice-to-Have) • Familiarity with workflow management tools, such as Asana. (Nice-to-Have)
