📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for Salesforce platform enhancements and fixes • Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues on the Salesforce platform • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data integrity • Deliver solutions using declarative Salesforce tools, including Flow, Validation Rules, and Permissions • Undertake light Apex and customization as needed • Support and troubleshoot system integrations • Manage workload and priorities using Jira • Document fixes, technical findings, and best practices • Help build and improve the client’s new core business platform on Salesforce • Engage directly with key business stakeholders and manage work through Jira

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Salesforce support, analyst, or consultant role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills • Ability to communicate directly with stakeholders, understand requirements, manage expectations, and share findings • Ability to anticipate business needs beyond explicitly specified requirements • Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, especially Flow • Basic to intermediate skills in Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, version control such as GitHub, OmniStudio, JotForm, HubSpot, Slack, AWS S3, and Dialpad highly regarded • Proactive learner interested in career growth in a collaborative team • Must hold Salesforce Administrator and either Platform Developer I (PD1) or equivalent certification(s) • Must be available to align with AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday • Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
