📋 Description

• Participate in the design and implementation of HCM solutions covering HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle • Contribute to implementation projects for solutions such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors, applying industry best practices • Take part in workshops with HR teams to gather business requirements and help define target processes • Work across project phases: design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment and go-live support • Collaborate with technical teams on integration topics with other systems (ERP, payroll, etc.) • Contribute to knowledge sharing and support/mentor more junior consultants as required

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or transforming HR processes • Experience with at least one major HCM solution (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors) • Experience in a consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent) is a plus • Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, etc.) • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
