📋 Description

• Create and define test cases for Salesforce technology projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and product management • Ensure high quality QA delivery for projects • Utilize AI tools for QA tasks • Send clear status updates to management

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience on manual testing • Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality • Must Have Experience working with Salesforce Technology • Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project • Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks • Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc • Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management • Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans • Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies • Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools • Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification • Exposure to Salesforce business analysts • Experience with Salesforce automation testing • Salesforce Admin certification
