📋 Description

• Design and execute plans to assess the quality of deliverables for compliance with internal and industry standards and aviation regulatory requirements. • Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and improvement areas; conduct regular follow-up and governance. • Conduct quality audits and inspections, issue audit reports, and record findings using established methodologies. • Prepare and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Conduct training sessions and quality briefings on best practices and quality initiatives. • Maintain quality-related documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify new Quality Assurance initiatives for contracted services. • Review documentation according to review cycles for process improvements. • Align with the Quality Assurance lead on work plans, allocate tasks to associates, and complete work on time. • Arrange training for the department and mentor junior team members on quality standards and procedures. • Foster continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. • 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Records Audit within aviation or aerospace industry. • Strong knowledge of aircraft technical records, airworthiness regulations, and lease return / delivery standards. • Familiarity with EASA, FAA, and ICAO regulations. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and practices. • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and related methodologies. • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with AI applications and tools related to Quality Management, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Power BI. • Experience with flydocs software is compulsory. • Quality management/Quality Assurance course certification is a nice-to-have.
