📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate new AI applications, APIs, platforms, automations, and developments in digital marketing • Assess the potential and value of new technologies for hurra.com and its clients • Develop prototypes, tools, automations, and workflows and bring them into production • Build solutions in AI, Data, Search, Media, Content, Analytics, and marketing technology • Further develop existing tools and applications, making them more stable and scalable • Ensure the reliable day-to-day operation of solutions • Work closely with teams across Search, Media, Data, Strategy, and other areas • Translate professional challenges into technical solutions • Test and implement new ideas together with the Director of Business Innovation and the Innovation team • In your application video, explain your current technology interests, previous projects, and approach to unresolved technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of how digital marketing works • A technical mindset and an interest in improving digital marketing through technology • Experience or the ability to develop prototypes, connect systems, and write scripts • Knowledge of APIs, automations, AI interfaces, LLMs, and AI agents • Ability to identify new opportunities, develop your own ideas, and drive initiatives independently • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and understandably • Clear, reliable, and collaborative communication on an equal footing • Fluent German required • Good English skills are an advantage • A résumé and a two- to three-minute video are required as part of the application
