📋 Description

• Partner-Schulung: Durchführung von praxisnahen Trainings und Workshops zur Verbesserung der Diagnose- und Fehlerbehebungsfähigkeiten für Robotik-Systeme in Rücksprach mit dem AM Support • Bearbeitung eskalierter Fälle: Vor-Ort-Besuche bei Partnern und Endkunden, Unterstützung bei Experten-Diagnosen und Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Robotik-Probleme • Partner Auditierung muss durchgeführt und dokumentiert werden • Telefonische/Email-Beratung: Unterstützung von Partnern und Endkunden bei technischen Fragen per Telefon und E-Mail • Dokumentation: Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit Technischer Support Automower, Global Technical Support und Produktmanagement • Im Einzelfall Support der Kommunikation zwischen Partner und Core Produkt Support Team

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung im technischen Service oder Support, idealerweise mit Robotik oder komplexer Elektronik • Ausgeprägte Diagnose- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten für komplexe Robotik-Themen • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Empathie sowie Schulungskompetenz zur effektiven Wissensvermittlung an Partner • Fähigkeit, eskalierte Fälle professionell und kundenorientiert zu managen • Führerschein Klasse B • Hohe Reisebereitschaft Deutschlandweit (bis zu 80%)
