• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close • Conduct product demos and sales presentations with prospective clients • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-value opportunities • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals efficiently • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• 2–5+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, BDM) • Strong background in outbound sales and lead conversion • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills • Comfortable working in a remote, target-driven environment • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills • Nice-to-Have: Experience selling SaaS, digital services, or tech products • Familiarity with US or UK markets • Experience in high-growth startups or agency environments • Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger
