• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance • Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, content) to execute strategies • Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans • Monitor campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication • Handle client feedback and resolve issues efficiently
• 2–5+ years of experience in an **Account Manager role within a digital or marketing agency** • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing) • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience using CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets preferred)
