• Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing to local businesses to introduce premium water delivery services and cooler rentals. • Secure and schedule a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week for the sales team. • Manage seasonal outreach to convention exhibitors to provide booth hydration services during major Las Vegas events. • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status within the company’s internal systems. • Refine and perfect phone scripts to maximize conversion rates and interest.
• Native-level fluency in English. • Ability to work a strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity KPIs and appointment quotas. • Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence. • Proficiency in Spanish (highly preferred). • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, or lead sourcing. • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. • Background in pipeline management or territory sales. • Previous experience in the bottled water or office services industry.
