📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and systems. • Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities. • Develop integrations between platforms, applications, CRMs, and internal tools. • Create and optimize automation using platforms such as Zapier, Make, APIs, or custom scripts. • Collaborate with operations, sales, customer support, and engineering teams to improve processes. • Troubleshoot automation failures and monitor system performance. • Document automation workflows, configurations, and best practices. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across automation systems. • Continuously research new tools and automation technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems operations, workflow automation, or related roles. • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar languages preferred). • Experience working with CRM platforms and business systems. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment. • Experience with AI tools, automation agents, or process optimization is a strong advantage.
