📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and business process automations. • Develop integrations between platforms using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools. • Build and optimize workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and identify automation opportunities. • Troubleshoot workflow failures, errors, and integration issues. • Create documentation for automation processes and system configurations. • Monitor and improve automation performance, scalability, and reliability. • Support CRM, operations, sales, and customer-facing teams with automation initiatives. • Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, systems integration, or related roles. • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms. • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and software integrations. • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows. • Basic scripting or coding experience (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar) is a plus. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Experience working with cloud applications and SaaS tools. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
