📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across internal and client-facing systems. • Integrate platforms and tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks. • Create scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. • Develop and optimize workflow logic using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms. • Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and product teams to understand workflow requirements. • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes. • Document systems, workflows, and implementation processes clearly. • Support data synchronization and process automation across CRMs, communication tools, and business applications.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or automation engineering roles. • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party system integrations. • Experience with automation platforms such as **n8n**, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar tools. • Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and identify process improvements. • Familiarity with CRM systems and business productivity tools. • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience working with AI tools, automation agents, or no-code/low-code systems is a plus.
