📋 Description

• Research and identify high-potential prospects that fit our ideal customer profile. • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through a strategic mix of cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling. • Qualify inbound leads and vet potential opportunities to ensure a strong fit for the sales team. • Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM, documenting all interactions meticulously. • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives. • Master the product value proposition to effectively handle objections and articulate ROI to key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasiveness. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks. • Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection and overcoming obstacles. • Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. • Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools. • Prior experience working within the SaaS or broader Tech industry. • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot). • A track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas in a fast-paced environment.
