⢠Research and identify high-potential prospects that fit our ideal customer profile. ⢠Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through a strategic mix of cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling. ⢠Qualify inbound leads and vet potential opportunities to ensure a strong fit for the sales team. ⢠Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM, documenting all interactions meticulously. ⢠Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives. ⢠Master the product value proposition to effectively handle objections and articulate ROI to key stakeholders.
⢠Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role. ⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasiveness. ⢠Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks. ⢠Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection and overcoming obstacles. ⢠Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. ⢠Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools. ⢠Prior experience working within the SaaS or broader Tech industry. ⢠Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot). ⢠A track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas in a fast-paced environment.
