• Identify, prospect, and engage high-quality leads through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach). • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them efficiently through the sales pipeline. • Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and handle objections effectively. • Own and manage the **full sales cycle**, including negotiation and closing. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales leadership to refine outreach strategies. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets. • Build strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders to drive long-term value.
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or closing roles. • Demonstrated success in closing deals (not just lead generation). • Strong outbound sales experience (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and hit revenue targets. • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment. • Experience selling in SaaS, tech, or B2B services is highly preferred. • Excellent written and spoken English.
