📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing the relationship from initial onboarding through ongoing optimization. • Lead regular cadence calls, status updates, and reporting sessions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. • Partner with internal specialists to guide strategy, ensuring all work remains on track, in scope, and aligned with client KPIs. • Monitor performance data to surface actionable insights and proactively identify opportunities for growth or improvement. • Educate clients on digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and PPC, translating technical metrics into clear business value. • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, targeting a minimum retention rate of 95% and NPS scores of 8+. • Ensure project deadlines are met through exceptional organization and cross-departmental collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles. • 1+ year of experience working specifically within a digital marketing agency. • Strong working knowledge of SEO and Paid Media (PPC) fundamentals. • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting. • Proven ability to pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently. • Experience navigating CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write with clarity and confidence. • A dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet and the self-discipline to manage time effectively. • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Experience working with clients in the Home Services industry (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.). • A creative flair for process documentation and storytelling.
