• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals. • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). • Oversee SEO strategy and organic growth initiatives. • Lead email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. • Manage content marketing and campaign calendars. • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI and conversion rates. • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts. • Oversee marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently. • Conduct A/B testing and performance reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles. • Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI. • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimisation. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred. • Background in SaaS, tech, eCommerce, or B2B marketing is a plus.
