📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute original design projects including marketing collateral, social media assets, and web graphics. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. • Manage the end-to-end design process from initial brief and mood boarding to final production-ready files. • Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and performance data to optimize engagement. • Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Professional Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles. • Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining proactive communication with the team. • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously. • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro). • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma. • Previous experience working within an agency or a fast-paced startup environment.
