📋 Description

• Build and launch outbound campaigns using **Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach**, and automation tools • Use **Claude (AI)** to generate, test, and optimize outbound messaging at scale • Turn real-time buying signals into highly targeted prospecting workflows • Build automated GTM systems using tools like n8n and APIs • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize sequences for conversion • Improve campaign speed, efficiency, and scalability • Track performance through CRM attribution and optimize for pipeline outcomes • **Key KPIs:** • - 📊 Campaigns launched per day, week, and month • - ⚡ Time-to-launch for new campaigns (speed + efficiency) • - 📈 Campaign performance and pipeline contribution

🎯 Requirements

• **Must-Haves:** • - **Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable)** • - **Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound, personalization, and workflow automation (non-negotiable)** • - Proven experience in **GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles** • - Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier) • - Familiarity with modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.) • - Experience in **B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems** • - Prior experience in a **startup or agency environment** • - Ability to work US hours (preferably PT overlap) • **Nice-to-Have** • - Experience building AI-powered outbound workflows at scale • - Strong understanding of CRM systems and attribution models • - Exposure to CRO-led revenue strategies • - Passion for testing new GTM and AI tools
