📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, and emerging channels. • Own the global paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of media buyers and external agency partners. • Architect a rigorous A/B testing framework for creative, landing pages, and audience targeting. • Collaborate with the Data and Engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting. • Partner with the Creative team to brief and iterate on high-converting assets based on performance data. • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes (e.g., iOS 14+, cookie deprecation) to maintain competitive advantage.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual budgets with a focus on scaling profitably. • Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms. • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading both internal teams and external vendors. • Strong understanding of attribution modeling and the modern marketing tech stack. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present performance metrics to executive leadership. • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or D2C environment. • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). • Previous experience managing high-growth international expansion campaigns. • Direct experience with influencer whitelisting and creator-led paid social strategies.
