⢠Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, and emerging channels. ⢠Own the global paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets. ⢠Lead and mentor a high-performing team of media buyers and external agency partners. ⢠Architect a rigorous A/B testing framework for creative, landing pages, and audience targeting. ⢠Collaborate with the Data and Engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting. ⢠Partner with the Creative team to brief and iterate on high-converting assets based on performance data. ⢠Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes (e.g., iOS 14+, cookie deprecation) to maintain competitive advantage.
⢠5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. ⢠Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual budgets with a focus on scaling profitably. ⢠Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms. ⢠Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. ⢠Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading both internal teams and external vendors. ⢠Strong understanding of attribution modeling and the modern marketing tech stack. ⢠Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present performance metrics to executive leadership. ⢠Experience in a high-growth SaaS or D2C environment. ⢠Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). ⢠Previous experience managing high-growth international expansion campaigns. ⢠Direct experience with influencer whitelisting and creator-led paid social strategies.
