📋 Description
• - Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns (individuals, partnerships, and corporations). • - Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and US tax laws. • - Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients. • - Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations. • - Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. • - Collaborate with internal teams to meet filing deadlines and client requirements. • - Utilize accounting software and tax preparation tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Drake, ProSeries, or similar). • - Communicate with clients to gather required financial data and resolve discrepancies.
🎯 Requirements
• - 3+ years of experience in US tax accounting or public accounting firms. • - Strong knowledge of US tax law, IRS regulations, and compliance standards. • - Experience preparing Form 1040, 1065, and 1120/1120S. • - Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and tax tools. • - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • - Ability to work independently in a remote accounting job environment. • - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • - CPA or progress toward CPA (preferred but not required).
