📋 Description

• - Draft witness statements, position statements, and supporting legal documentation • - Prepare court applications across family law matters (Children Act, Family Law Act, Matrimonial Causes Act, TOLATA, etc.) • - Review opposing party statements and supporting evidence • - Compile, organize, and format court bundles and exhibits to a court-ready standard • - Manage cases end-to-end, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time • - Conduct client consultations via phone and video calls, providing guidance and reassurance throughout the process • - Gather and manage client information for case preparation • - Draft professional client correspondence for use in legal proceedings • - Manage client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is collected • - Maintain and update CRM systems as cases progress • - Support legal research, reporting, and administrative tasks as required • - Assist with delivery of structured, productised service offerings • - Maintain accurate timesheet records and track work progress

🎯 Requirements

• - 3+ years experience as a Paralegal, with a strong preference for family law experience • - Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish, with minimal supervision • - Strong experience drafting legal documents, witness statements, and court applications • - Hands-on experience preparing court bundles and organizing supporting evidence • - Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage clients via phone and video, including handling sensitive situations • - Strong understanding of UK family law processes and documentation standards • - Highly organized with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously • - Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and court-ready • - Strong written and verbal English communication skills • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems • - Experience using CRM systems, legal tools, and AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency • - Background in legal research, reporting, and document formatting
