• Systems Implementation: Establish and optimize project management frameworks using tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion to create a centralized "source of truth." • Execution & Accountability: Drive team-wide accountability to ensure all deliverables are met on time, proactively following up on delays and removing blockers. • Sprint Management: Lead daily and weekly sprint cycles, anticipating technical or resource risks before they disrupt the timeline. • Operational Oversight: Conduct daily check-ins and monitor communication channels (Slack) to ensure no tasks stall due to miscommunication. • Meeting Coordination: Attend all key technical meetings to capture action items, document decisions, and ensure rigorous follow-through across the organization. • Reporting: Track and report on progress across all major initiatives, providing leadership with clear visibility into project health.
• Proven experience operating within early-stage tech environments. You must be comfortable with the ambiguity and rapid evolution of a growing company. • Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and advanced knowledge of project management software. • A natural ability to lead coordinate, and hold team members accountable without being micro-managed. • A highly action-oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and adapt workflows independently. • Must be available to work remotely with core overlap during GMT hours (10:00–14:00). • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with specific tools including Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Outreach. • Background in music technology or SaaS infrastructure. • Previous experience in calendar management and executive project coordination.
