📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. • Identify and qualify potential clients within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives and senior sales team members. • Build and manage prospect lists using CRM platforms and sales tools. • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, notes, and reporting within the CRM. • Engage with decision-makers professionally in both Arabic and English. • Research companies, market trends, and energy industry developments. • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales. • Previous experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, utilities, energy consulting, sustainability, EV charging, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred. • Proven experience handling outbound prospecting and cold outreach. • Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and technical stakeholders. • CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
