• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, maintaining a baseline of 50 calls per day. • Conduct targeted outreach across French and Spanish territories to identify and qualify new business opportunities. • Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities. • Manage and document all activity within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates in specific geographic markets. • Actively engage in ongoing coaching and training to master the company’s signature sales methodology.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (written and spoken). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development (BDM) role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-set targets. • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM. • Ability to work within the UK (GMT) timezone. • Highly coachable, curious, and determined mindset with an affable communication style. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Prior experience selling SaaS or technical solutions. • Experience working within an outsourced sales or agency environment.
