📋 Description

• Build, manage, optimize, and scale high-intent Google Ads campaigns, with Meta Ads as a secondary channel • Develop campaigns designed to generate qualified inbound phone calls and leads • Analyze campaign performance and identify winning and losing campaigns, keywords, audiences, ads, and landing pages • Cut wasted spend and reallocate budget toward profitable opportunities • Identify new customer-intent angles, search opportunities, audiences, and campaign structures • Test messaging, offers, targeting, keywords, creative, and landing-page approaches using direct-response principles • Optimize campaigns against CPA, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall acquisition economics • Monitor search-term data, conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, and landing-page performance • Launch new campaigns and work directly with leadership to expand into new markets and industries • Take increasing ownership of advertising spend, targeting management of at least $100k/month in Google Ads spend within 90 days • Make fast, data-backed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in Direct Response marketing with a deep understanding of customer desire, intent, and buying behaviour • Advanced / expert-level Google Ads expertise • Strong Meta Ads experience • Proven experience generating leads and/or inbound phone calls through paid advertising • Demonstrable experience optimizing campaigns against commercial performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into immediate, actionable decisions • Experience launching campaigns from scratch, diagnosing poor performance, cutting losers, and scaling winners • Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets; $50k–$100k+ monthly Google Ads spend is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, search-term analysis, budget allocation, A/B testing, and landing-page performance • Exceptional command of written and spoken English • Availability to work strictly 9-5 CST • Nice-to-have experience with home-service lead generation, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, solar, restoration, pest control, landscaping, and remodeling • Nice-to-have experience in legal, insurance, financial services, healthcare, automotive, or real estate lead generation • Nice-to-have experience in a high-performance digital marketing or growth agency • Nice-to-have experience with pay-per-call campaigns • Nice-to-have experience managing $100k+/month in Google Ads spend • Nice-to-have proficiency with Slack
