📋 Description
• Manage daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms • Build and maintain social media publishing calendars • Optimize posts for each platform, including hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility • Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions • Support employee and executive social media advocacy • Analyze social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic • Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content • Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6+ years in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth • Proven experience growing owned digital channels • Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement • Hands-on SEO experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar • Experience with website CMS platforms • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools
