• Design, launch, and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. • Monitor account performance daily to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency. • Lead the creative strategy process by analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights for the content team. • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to identify winning formulas. • Scale accounts profitably while maintaining strict adherence to client KPIs and growth objectives. • Provide detailed reporting and analysis to leadership, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• 4+ years of professional experience in performance media buying with a focus on D2C or lead generation. • Proven track record of managing monthly spends of $100k+ while meeting or exceeding ROI/ROAS goals. • Deep technical expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and emerging social platforms. • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to navigate attribution nuances and data tracking challenges. • Strong understanding of the creative side of advertising; you know what makes a thumb-stopping ad. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with specialized tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros). • Background in copywriting or basic graphic design/video editing. • Experience managing international campaigns across diverse markets.
