• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms • Manage and scale advertising budgets ($20K–$200K+ monthly spend) • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and LTV • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to develop high-converting ad assets • Track, report, and present performance insights using analytics tools and dashboards • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media • Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies
• 4+ years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing • Proven success managing and scaling high-budget campaigns • Deep expertise in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hyros, or Triple Whale • Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or digital agency environments • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability
