📋 Description

• Build, manage, and scale high-performing campaigns across **Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)** and **Meta Ads** • Write **compelling, conversion-focused ad copy** tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages • Develop complete ad sets that demonstrate **clear strategic thinking and structured messaging** • Own daily campaign performance and optimize toward **CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets** • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities • Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like **AgencyAnalytics** and **Looker Studio** • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align on strategy and execution • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to clients • Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, agency-style environment

🎯 Requirements

• - **4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable)** • - Strong portfolio demonstrating **high-quality ad copywriting within full campaign structures** • - Proven experience as a **Senior PPC Manager** handling multiple client accounts • - Advanced expertise in **Google Ads**, including Search, Display, and Performance Max • - Demonstrated success across both **eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns** • - Deep understanding of **campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization** • - High proficiency in analytics and reporting—comfortable working with performance data • - Experience with tools such as **AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Microsoft Clarity, Opteo, and SEMrush** • - Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to clients • - Highly organized and able to thrive in a **fast-paced, performance-driven environment**
