📋 Description
• Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like **Go High Level, n8n, Zapier**, or similar platforms • Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes • Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as **OpenAI (ChatGPT)** and **Claude** • Lead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflows • Manage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing support • Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution • Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions • Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in **operations, project management, or AI/automation systems** • Hands-on experience with tools like **Go High Level, n8n, Zapier**, or equivalent automation platforms • Familiarity with **LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)** and prompt engineering basics • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience in **client-facing roles** with the ability to manage expectations effectively • Ability to work remotely with **time zone overlap** as required • Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operations
