⢠Lead and manage technical projects focused on automation and AI implementation ⢠Design and oversee workflows using tools like **n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms** ⢠Coordinate the integration of **LLM APIs** (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into business processes ⢠Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope and deliverables ⢠Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks ⢠Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics ⢠Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution ⢠Optimize workflows and processes for scalability and efficiency ⢠Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates
đŻ Requirements
⢠3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role ⢠Proven experience with **automation tools** (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.) ⢠Hands-on experience working with **LLMs and AI tools** (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar) ⢠Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture ⢠Experience managing remote technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders ⢠Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies ⢠Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills ⢠Ability to balance technical depth with business impact ⢠Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation-focused environments ⢠Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design ⢠Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) ⢠Experience with CRM systems and data pipelines
