📋 Description

• Handle inbound inquiries from company directors seeking guidance on their financial position. • Perform outbound calls to warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. • Conduct structured triage conversations to qualify cases and assess the director's specific needs. • Accurately document all call activity, case notes, and lead information within the CRM. • Schedule follow-up appointments and facilitate seamless hand-offs to the specialist teams. • Proactively identify re-engagement opportunities within existing data sets. • Collaborate with the programme lead to provide performance updates and process feedback. • Assist with data management and lead tracking to ensure the pipeline remains organized.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a professional customer-facing phone role. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. • The ability to follow a structured conversation framework naturally, avoiding a "scripted" feel. • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for precise data entry. • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel. • A self-motivated mindset with a focus on hitting targets and achieving quality outcomes. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Prior experience within financial services, debt solutions, or business support sectors. • Experience working in a performance-led or lead-generation environment. • Knowledge of corporate insolvency or business recovery terminology.
