📋 Description

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile products. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, effective design solutions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Build, maintain, and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable components. • Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation. • Use feedback, research, and product insights to continuously improve the user experience. • Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colors, components, and interaction patterns. • Prepare designs and specifications for smooth developer handoff. • Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to maintain a high standard of quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience. • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and your design process. • Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools. • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and usability. • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity interfaces. • Experience working with design systems and component libraries. • Ability to clearly communicate and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and visual design skills. • Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Experience designing SaaS or technology products. • Experience working with startups or fast-paced product teams. • Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG principles. • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts. • Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, or other UX research.
