📋 Description

• Protect and grow SaaS and enterprise cloud customers • Help public cloud and enterprise administrators simplify and streamline their data protection stack • Identify solutions for smooth and efficient implementation • Share best practices to ease adoption and increase platform effectiveness • Foster trust, transparency, and confidence with customers • Build coalition support across IT and business stakeholders • Understand customers’ technology and business challenges and goals • Demonstrate HYCU value and help build customer outcome case studies • Analyze customer usage versus needs and drive greater consumption of HYCU solutions • Apply customer, technical, and product knowledge to deliver technical value, architecture, and successful deployments • Engage customers through social, phone, digital, and chat channels • Maintain technical skills and knowledge based on market trends • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and account management teams • Drive product adoption, customer loyalty, and on-time renewals • Measure customer knowledge of cloud, data protection, and SaaS and help deliver enablement through partners • Meet and exceed GRR and net recurring revenue targets by creating customer opportunities • Serve as a subject matter expert on HYCU enterprise and public cloud products • Ensure customers leverage the solutions they invested in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years in technical architecture, consulting/engagement, implementation and design, or technical support • 4+ years of successful experience in SaaS, IT infrastructure, data protection, enterprise cloud, and public cloud environments • Prior experience in solution architecture, solution design, or strategic consulting • In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud environments with IaaS and SaaS • Knowledge of at least one or more public clouds • Ability to act as a customer advocate and work with internal teams to remove blockers • Clear and effective communication skills; ability to explain technological and business concepts • Creative problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities • Ability to work cross-functionally and converse with all levels of management • Public cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, or GCP are a plus • B2B SaaS experience is beneficial • Experience in data protection, cloud-native, security, or data storage industries is beneficial • Growth mindset, positive outlook, and determination to make customers successful
