• Audit, improve, and execute Hydrosat’s international channel strategy • Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and onboard resellers and strategic partners • Establish reseller agreements for satellite data, IrriWatch, and other Hydrosat solutions • Manage partner pipelines and hold resellers accountable for activity, pipeline, and revenue targets • Provide partners with use cases, marketing materials, pricing guidance, training, and commercial support • Structure the global reseller network through partner tiers and performance reviews • Grow partner-generated pipeline and revenue while addressing underperforming relationships • Develop market-entry strategies for priority countries and regions • Map government landscapes, including end users, buyers, budget owners, procurement processes, funding sources, and existing capabilities • Identify and engage local partners, institutional stakeholders, and decision-makers • Produce actionable country and market strategies for leadership decision-making • Represent Hydrosat in selected customer, partner, and institutional engagements • Monitor RFIs, tenders, funding programs, and institutional initiatives worldwide • Track national and international procurement platforms • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, funding, customer access, competitive position, timing, and probability of success • Develop preliminary capture strategies and make go/no-go recommendations • Position Hydrosat with key stakeholders before formal procurements are released • Advance qualified opportunities into structured captures • Contribute to Hydrosat’s government-market value proposition • Maintain accurate partner, market, and opportunity intelligence in CRM • Work closely with the VP Global, Government Programs
• At least eight years of experience in international business development, partnerships, channel management, market strategy, or capture • Demonstrated success building commercial partnerships and developing complex government or institutional opportunities • Strong commercial judgment and ability to operate independently across multiple markets • Confidence engaging senior government, institutional, and industry stakeholders • Proactive, resourceful personality with strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail • Ability to turn fragmented market information into clear strategies, priorities, and actions • Excellent written and spoken English • French, Spanish, Portuguese, or another European language is a strong plus • Experience in Earth observation, space, geospatial intelligence, government markets, water management, agriculture, climate technology, or deep tech is preferred • Willingness to travel internationally • EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit is addressed in the application questions
