📋 Description

• Conduct accessibility reviews of digital products across web and mobile platforms • Identify accessibility barriers and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with Designers, Engineers and Product teams to integrate accessibility requirements throughout the product lifecycle • Support accessibility assessments and contribute to the documentation of findings and recommendations • Review user journeys and interfaces from an accessibility perspective • Translate accessibility requirements and standards into practical guidance for design and development teams • Contribute to accessibility awareness and inclusive design practices across multidisciplinary teams • Participate in client-facing discussions, workshops and presentations when required • Support the continuous improvement of accessibility processes, methodologies and best practices • Collaborate with researchers and designers to ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into user-centered design activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with digital products across web and/or mobile platforms • Familiarity with Figma and digital design workflows • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design and Research • Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG • Experience conducting accessibility reviews, accessibility audits or accessibility-focused assessments • Familiarity with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation • Ability to analyse digital experiences and identify usability and accessibility improvements • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable recommendations • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
