• Financial Management: Handle end-to-end routine finance and accounting tasks, including accurate bookkeeping and administrative workflows. • Client Account Support: Assist in managing client account groups, ensuring all financial deliverables are accurate and submitted on time. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to internal standards and external reporting deadlines. • Operational Efficiency: Support Senior Consultants by managing day-to-day financial workloads, preventing service delays, and maintaining high service quality. • Strategic Support: Contribute to IBMC’s scalability by handling additional client requests and supporting future financial projects. • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy of all financial data within our digital ecosystem.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting. • Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates from a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) background are highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or similar cloud-based platforms. • Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory for international client interaction). • Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume data, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset. • Traits: A quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to new tools and digital processes.
