📋 Description
• Manage and refresh recurring governance and oversight reports and dashboards • Support reporting cycles aligned to ILT and executive governance forums • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for leadership reviews • Schedule and coordinate project and governance reviews • Triage daily incoming governance requests and issues • Track actions, decisions, and follow-ups across governance forums and ad hoc inquiries • Provide day-to-day operational support for efficient governance processes • Prepare review materials and insights for ILT project reviews • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure review readiness • Identify opportunities to optimize governance and reporting processes • Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to business leaders • Contribute to business strategies and operational plans • Collect and analyze data to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities • Identify process or system inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions • Translate business needs into requirements and support impact assessments, testing, and implementation planning • Prepare and organize reports, dashboards, and summaries for business leaders and executives • Support or lead strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes • Provide foundational systems and process support, maintaining smooth operations, data integrity, and user access compliance • Develop and distribute business communications, presentations, training materials, policies, procedures, FAQs, and user documentation • Support or manage cross-functional projects and serve as a project manager or change lead as appropriate
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field • Experience in operational support coordinating projects, ideally within governance operations • Demonstrated data literacy • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas • Project management experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving mindset • Commitment to delivering high-quality results • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
