📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day clinical data science activities • Support the team to deliver quality outcomes • Lead the design, development, and validation of data science programming solutions for clinical trials • Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to develop data specifications and analysis plans • Program and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) according to study requirements • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of clinical data through quality control and validation checks • Mentor and guide junior programmers • Provide technical leadership within the data science programming team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline • 7+ years of experience • Must have experience in Rave/Veeva • Should have experience in SAS/JReview • Extensive experience in clinical data programming • Proficiency in SAS, R, or other relevant programming languages • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial data structures • Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) • Knowledge of regulatory requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
