📋 Description

• Lead medical affairs delivery across the portfolio, setting standards and developing the team • Provide strategic medical leadership and guidance on project teams • Offer expert medical and scientific consultation throughout project lifecycles • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in medical and safety monitoring activities • Represent the Medical Affairs Department in business development initiatives • Provide operational oversight within the Medical Affairs Department as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in relevant therapeutic area preferred • Proven track record of medical leadership and consultation within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in clinical research • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the department effectively • Demonstrated ability to provide operational management in the absence of senior management • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
