📋 Description

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of global and local COA/eCOA projects • Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements • Manage local COA/eCOA projects for Japan with fast turnaround times • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in and outside Japan to secure deliverables • Liaise with local client representatives in Japan to manage expectations and monitor project progress • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules • Monitor project progress and ensure successful COA project outcomes • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement • Coordinate team members and clients throughout project execution • Select and assign translators and reviewers according to project requirements • Conduct final checks of deliverables and coordinate delivery to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, linguistics, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Project Manager: 5+ years of experience in COA/translation/localization project management • Associate Project Manager: 2+ years of experience in COA/translation/localization project management • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills • Ability to achieve project goals and timelines while maintaining high quality standards • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams and stakeholders • Commitment to quality and compliance in project-related activities • Strong technical skills and familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools • Quality-oriented and problem-solving abilities • Experience in COA/eCOA, clinical trials, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, global project management, or matrix-team management is welcome/preferred
