📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of project plans, focusing on administrative and operational tasks • Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations and communication • Provide guidance and support to junior associates • Contribute to project documentation and reports for stakeholders • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project support strategies • Participate in project planning and decision-making processes • Take ownership of project and programme management deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field • Significant experience in project management and support • Proven track record of assisting successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment • Strong communication skills • Ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences • Strong problem-solving skills • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
