📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and specialists • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture • Support resource allocation, workload management, and capacity planning • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives • Oversee execution of linguistic validation and eCOA implementation projects • Monitor project quality, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators • Identify and mitigate project risks and escalation points • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements • Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Serve as a senior escalation point for project and client-related matters • Collaborate with Client Managers, Business Development, Production Teams, and Technology teams • Participate in client meetings and provide strategic guidance on project delivery • Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets • Review project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations • Analyze revenue trends, utilization metrics, and operational performance indicators • Ensure accurate financial tracking, including change orders, scope management, invoicing readiness, and revenue recognition milestones • Ensure delivery meets quality, regulatory, and client-specific requirements • Support audit readiness activities and CAPA implementation • Contribute to process standardization and documentation improvements • Monitor compliance metrics and implement corrective actions when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Project Management, or a related discipline • Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, including managing project teams within Life Sciences, eCOA, localization, or related service environments • Experience in clinical research, clinical outcomes assessments (COA), linguistic validation, localization, or related healthcare services • Strong understanding of translation and linguistic validation methodologies • Knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, eClinRO, eObsRO, or related electronic clinical technologies • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret operational and financial data, including revenue, margin, forecasting and resource utilization • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
