📋 Description

• Oversee a team of eCOA project managers • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment • Manage employees’ life cycle, including appraising performance, setting goals, and guiding professional development • Manage staffing of eCOA projects effectively • Ensure eCOA projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and SOPs • Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for team members • Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings • Contribute to technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, or linguistics • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, with managerial experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in English is essential • Strong understanding of eCOA platforms and systems and translation technologies • Experience working with TMS and CAT tools • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients • Demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence • Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA processes • Good problem-solving skills • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
